2. Information We Access & Collect

To provide file uploading capabilities, our application requests access via official Google OAuth 2.0. We request only the minimum required permission:

What this permission allows: The bot can only upload files and manage folders created by this application itself. It cannot read, view, modify, or delete your existing files, personal spreadsheets, documents, or photos.

During the authentication and transfer process, we store:

• Telegram User ID: Used solely to link your active Telegram chat session to your authorized upload destination.
• OAuth Tokens: Encrypted access and refresh tokens provided by Google to perform authorized file uploads on your behalf without requiring your Google account password.
• Transfer State Logs: Temporary tracking metrics (file size, transfer speed, transfer status) to update live status indicators inside your Telegram chat.

3. How We Process Files & Data

Our bot acts strictly as an automated transit bridge between Telegram and your cloud storage:

• Direct Stream-Upload: Files are transferred directly from Telegram servers to Google Drive using streaming chunk buffers.
• Zero Permanent File Storage: Files are never hoarded, stored, or permanently archived on our servers. As soon as an upload finishes, temporary memory buffers are completely cleared.
• No File Inspection: We do not inspect, index, analyze, or view the contents of any media or documents you transfer.

4. Google API Limited Use Disclosure

GDrive Uploader strictly adheres to Google's rigorous developer policies:

• We do not share, sell, or rent your Google user data or OAuth tokens to any third parties.
• We do not use your Google Drive data or tokens for advertising, targeting, or data brokerage.
• We do not use Google user data to train, fine-tune, or develop any machine learning or Artificial Intelligence (AI) models.

5. Data Storage, Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard safeguards to secure your credentials:

• Token Encryption: All OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-grade cryptography (AES-256) and transmitted exclusively across secure HTTPS/TLS encrypted connections.
• Data Retention: OAuth tokens remain securely stored only while you maintain an active connection. If you disconnect your account, all credentials linked to your Telegram ID are permanently wiped from our database.

6. User Control & Data Deletion

You have complete control over your authorization and data at all times:

• In-Bot Revocation: You can terminate your session and instantly purge your stored tokens by sending the /revoke or /disconnect command to the bot.
• Google Account Permissions: You can revoke access immediately at any time directly through your Google Account Permissions Settings.
• Manual Deletion Request: You may also contact our support team at any time to request manual deletion of any associated metadata.
