Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting your Google account and using GDrive Uploader Pro (Telegram bot: @GDriveUpProBot) or accessing yashhasan.tech (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using the bot immediately and revoke its access via your Google account settings.

2. Description of the Service

GDrive Uploader Pro is an automated transit tool that facilitates the direct streaming and uploading of files, media, and documents sent by users on Telegram directly into their own connected Google Drive accounts.

The Service acts strictly as a bridge and does not provide persistent file hosting, document indexing, or long-term file retention on our intermediate servers.

3. Third-Party Integrations & Google Compliance

Our Service integrates directly with third-party platforms, primarily Google Drive and Telegram:

• Google Services: Your use of Google Drive through this bot is governed by the Google Terms of Service and Google API Policies.
• Account Quotas: File uploads are subject to your personal Google Drive storage limits and daily Google API quota restrictions. We are not responsible for upload failures caused by storage exhaustion or API threshold limits.
• Revocation: You may disconnect the bot's access to your Google account at any time using the /revoke command or via Google Account Permissions.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use GDrive Uploader Pro solely for lawful purposes. You strictly agree NOT to use the bot to upload, transmit, or process:

• Any content that infringes upon copyright, trademarks, patents, or intellectual property rights of others.
• Malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or any malicious code designed to disrupt or harm computer systems.
• Illegal material, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual imagery, or content promoting violence or hate speech.
• Automated spam, flooding, or denial-of-service attempts that degrade service performance for other users.

Violation of this section may lead to immediate termination or blacklisting of your Telegram ID from accessing the Service.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

You retain 100% ownership and all intellectual property rights to the files, media, and documents you process through the bot. We claim no ownership, license, or rights to any user files transferred to Google Drive.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. YashHasanBots does not guarantee that:

• The Service will be completely uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from server errors.
• Uploads will always succeed under network instability, file size constraints, or third-party API downtimes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YashHasanBots, its maintainers, or affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your access to or inability to access or use the Service.
• Any data loss, file corruption, or quota suspension on your Google Drive account.
• Unauthorized access or alteration of your transmissions or files resulting from user negligence.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at our discretion. If a revision is significant, we will provide notice via our official Telegram update channel (@YashHasanBots) prior to the new terms taking effect.
